About this word search

The Olympic village houses the athletes during the Games, and thousands of Volunteers help run each event. The Velodrome is the banked indoor track used for cycling, and Equestrian covers the horse events, the only Olympic sport in which people and animals compete together.

Any direction is possible on this eighteen by eighteen board, mirrored and slanted words included. Opening ceremony and Olympic village are long and good starting points. Then try rare letters: the Q in Equestrian, the J in Javelin and Judges, the W in Weightlifting and World record.

Older students could pick one event from the list and find out which Canadian athletes have won medals in it.
