About this word search
Rings is a nice word to start with. There are five of them on the Olympic flag, each one a different colour, and young children love counting them. Team and Win are good words to talk about too, since everyone on a team shares the win.
In the ten by ten grid, every word goes rightward on a row or downward in a column. Help your child say the first sound of each word, find that letter and follow it to the end.
Afterwards, make a medal from cardboard and foil, and write Gold on it in big letters.
