About this word search
At a long holiday dinner, little ones are usually done eating well before the grown-ups. This small grid gives them something to do, with words they hear all day long: Turkey, Pie and Corn.
Every word goes left to right along a row or top to bottom down a column. Sit with your child, read the list slowly and choose one word at a time. Fall and Feast both begin with F, so look at the second letter before deciding which one you have found.
Later on, they can draw their own plate and label it with the food words from the grid. Parade and Leaves can go in the picture too, outside the window.
