About this word search
Kite is a word that surprises some parents on a fall list, but windy October days are good kite weather. Owl, Acorn and Leaf belong to the woods, and Boots to the muddy path in between.
Start with Apple and Acorn, which both begin with A. Find each A in the grid and look only to its right and below it. That is the whole rule, which keeps things calm for a child who is just learning letters.
