About this word search
Bang is a fun word to say, and young children who hear fireworks on New Year's Eve will recognize it right away. Rocket, Star and Night go with it, all part of the same loud and bright evening.
Work through the list one word at a time. Read it aloud, hunt for its opening letter and trace it rightward or downward, since those are the only ways a word can run here. Hat and Hug are very short, so leave them for last.
Little ones who do not make it to midnight can still finish this. In the morning, ask them to remember which word was the hardest.
