About this word search
Six of these words are birds. The others are a Nest, an Egg, a Wing and a Beak, which makes the list easy to talk about with a young child: who sits in the nest, what hatches from the egg.
In this small grid each word heads right along a row or down a column. Read the list aloud together, then look for one word at a time. A good trick is to say the first sound, find that letter, and check whether the rest follows.
