About this word search

In many Ukrainian Canadian families, branches of Pussy willow are blessed at church on the Sunday before Easter in place of palms. Hot cross buns belong to Good Friday, and Egg rolling down a grassy hill is an old spring game that still turns up at community events.

Reversed and slanted words are both in play on this large board. Five entries contain the letters EGG: Egg hunt, Egg cup, Egg rolling, Eggshell and Chocolate egg. You will see that trio all over the board, and each one has to be followed to its end before you know which word it belongs to. The Z in Marzipan and the Y in Hyacinth are scarcer and quicker to pin down.

Bring it out on Easter Monday, when the chocolate is gone and the house is quiet.
