About this word search
Puck, Rink, Ice and Net are words a child picks up quickly at the local arena, often before they can skate. Cold is one they will feel too, on the bench or in the stands.
Like a puck sliding down the ice, each word here travels in a straight line, either toward the right or toward the bottom. Help your child spot where a word starts and trace it with a fingertip. Ice and Net are short, so check them carefully.
Afterwards, put on a toque and mittens and head to the outdoor rink, or draw a hockey player and write Puck and Stick next to the picture.
