About this word search
Clocks and calendars are hard to grasp at four or five, so these ten words work best when they connect to something real. Point to a Clock on the wall, talk about the Night at bedtime, and mention what happens every Morning before school.
Nothing here runs on a slant or in reverse. Day, Hour and Time are short, while Morning has seven letters and is the easiest one to spot first. Encourage your child to say each word aloud as they find it.
Afterward, draw a simple day together: a sun for morning, a moon for night and a clock in between.
