About this word search
Time is an abstract idea for young children, and these ten words give it something to hold on to. Day, Night and Morning fit their own routine, while Week, Month and Year are bigger steps.
In this grid every word goes right or down. Day is three letters and a good start. Morning has seven letters and is the longest. Clock and Hour can lead to a little chat about telling the time.
Afterwards, draw a simple clock face together, or talk about what happens in the morning and what happens at night.
