About this word search
Long drives are a big part of holidays in a country this size. A small puzzle in the back seat, with words like Car, Map and Tent, can fill a stretch of road between two servo stops.
Read the ten words together before you set off. On the road, a young child can hunt for a single word, spot where it begins and then follow it along the row or down the column. No word slants or goes backwards. Beach and Hotel are the longest, at five letters each.
On arrival, ask your child to point out three of the words in real life.
