About this word search
Long names like Triceratops can wait. This list gives young fans words they can actually decode, such as Rex, Egg and Roar, and each one says something about how a dinosaur lived or looked.
Every word in this small grid marches either rightwards or downwards. Start with Rex, since the X is an unusual letter, and then trace the word with a finger. Read each letter out loud as you go so the sound and the shape stay together.
When the grid is done, roar together, draw a dinosaur with a long tail and sharp teeth, and give it a name.
