About this word search

Toast soldiers are the thin strips of buttered toast children dip into a soft-boiled egg, and here they share a list with the Egg cup, the Teapot and the Kettle. Crumpets and Baked beans make the breakfast distinctly British.

Marmalade comes via the Portuguese marmelo, the word for quince, since the earliest marmalades were made from that fruit rather than oranges.

Scrambled eggs and Butter knife are long and work well as anchors. The grid has eighteen squares a side and every direction is in use. Look for the double G in Egg cup and Scrambled eggs, and the W in Waffle.
