About this word search
Starting school brings a whole new set of words: Desk, Bell, Chalk and Glue among them. Finding them in a puzzle helps an unfamiliar room feel a little more familiar.
Pen and Bag are three letters each and good first finds. The words go only from left to right or down from the top. Point to each word on the list, read it together, and look for its first letter in the grid.
Afterwards, walk round the classroom and point to the real thing for each word. The paint pots and the glue are usually the favourites.
