About this word search
Music words are lovely to say out loud, and several of these come with a sound: Drum, Bell and Horn. Young children can tap, ring or hum as they find each one.
Every word is straight, running to the right or down. Piano and Flute are five letters, the longest on the list. Sing and Song differ by only one letter, which is a nice thing to notice together.
After the puzzle, sing a song the whole group knows and clap the beat. Ask which instrument from the list they would most like to try.
