About this word search
Making a pizza at home gives young children plenty to do with their hands, and this puzzle uses the same words they hear while they help: Dough, Sauce, Cheese and Ham.
Start with Ham, three letters long. Point to the H and read the next letters to the right. If that does not work, try reading straight down. No word in this ten by ten grid goes backwards or diagonally. Pizza and Pasta both start with P, a good chance to compare them.
While the pizza bakes, cut out a paper slice and write a favourite topping on it.
