About this word search
Lolly, Choc and Jelly are words Australian children use long before school, and they make this puzzle easy to warm up to. Choc is the short form you hear in choc chip and choc top, the ice cream cone sold at the cinema.
Keep a finger on the grid and move it along each row from left to right, then down each column. Those are the only ways the words are hidden. Gum is the shortest, Biscuit the longest at seven letters.
As a party game, give each child a crayon and see who can circle Lolly first.
