About this word search
Most of these words are things you do, which makes them easy to act out. Run, Swim and Jump can all happen right there in the living room, at least the pretend version.
In the ten-square grid every word heads to the right along a row or down a column. Let your child find one word, then do the action before looking for the next one. It keeps the puzzle moving and burns off a little energy too.
Judo and Golf may be new words for some children. Look at a picture of each together, and ask which of the ten sports your child would most like to try.
