About this word search
Read a short fairy tale aloud before the puzzle, then ask your child which of the ten words were in it. The Frog, the Wolf and the Witch turn up in so many stories that at least one is almost sure to appear.
The ten words in this grid travel only to the right or downward. Give your child a pencil to use as a magic Wand, pointing at the letters one by one as you search together.
When all ten are found, make a paper Crown and let your child tell you a tiny story of their own using three words from the list.
