Herbs and spices, extra hard

About this word search

Ras el hanout means roughly head of the shop in Arabic, a blend meant to show off the best a spice seller had. Allspice is so called because a single berry seems to taste of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves at once, and Mace is the lacy coating around the nutmeg seed.

Words face every direction across this large sheet, reversed ones included. ASAFOETIDA and SICHUANPEPPER are long and full of awkward letters. Mace and Sorrel are short, and the W in WASABI makes an easy anchor.

For a cooking club, choose three spices from the list and plan a dish around them.
