About this word search
This list reads like a tour of the world's kitchens: Galangal and Lemongrass from Southeast Asia, Ras el hanout and Harissa from North Africa, Garam masala from India and Five spice from China. Mace is the lacy red covering of the nutmeg seed.
Words point in all eight directions, reversed ones included. Ras el hanout and Sichuan pepper are long strings without spaces. Asafoetida is a good first find thanks to its unusual run of vowels.
For a cooking club, choose one spice blend from the list and make a simple dish with it for the next meeting.
