About this word search
Feelings are hard for young children to put into words, and a simple list helps. Cross is the British word many parents use for angry, and Glad, Calm and Silly cover the brighter side.
Shy and Sad are three letters and quick finds. The words go only to the right or down. Scared is the longest at six letters.
After each word is found, make the face that goes with it in a mirror. Ask your child when they last felt brave, or tired, or silly.
