About this word search

Seven scientists share this grid with the ideas they are known for. Marie Curie won Nobel Prizes in both physics and chemistry, Faraday's experiments laid the groundwork for the electric motor, and Pasteur gave his name to pasteurization.

All eight directions are used, and some words run backwards. Photosynthesis is the longest word and a good place to start. DNA, at three letters, is the hardest of all to find.

For a science club or a group of adult learners, pick one word and explain it in a single sentence. Quantum is always the one people argue about.
