About this word search
Most of these vehicles pass by on an ordinary day, so a walk or a drive becomes part of the puzzle. Before you start, ask your child which ones they have seen this week and which ones they have ridden in.
In this little grid each word travels only one of two ways, rightward along a line or downward from the top. Four of the words, Car, Bus, Van and Jet, use just three squares, so say the first sound, then hunt for that letter at the start of each line.
