About this word search
Getting dressed alone is a big step for young children, and these words follow the same path: Sock, Shoe, Coat and Hat. Putting them in order is a good conversation before or after the puzzle.
Search only rightward and downward. Sock, Shoe, Shorts and Scarf all begin with S, so read each one to the end before you circle it. Top is the shortest word and easy to miss.
Afterward, point to what your child is wearing today and see how many of those words were in the grid.
