About this word search

Tom Thomson died in 1917, three years before the Group of Seven held its first exhibition, yet his paintings of Algonquin Park shaped their whole approach. Lawren Harris was a founding member, and Emily Carr, working on the West Coast, came to know the group in the late 1920s.

Nothing is reversed here, though names may sit flat, upright or on a slope. GROUPOFSEVEN appears as a single string, and Van Gogh becomes VANGOGH. Watercolour keeps its Canadian OU.

After a visit to the McMichael collection or a provincial gallery, ask each person which work by a painter on the list they would hang at home.
